中外合作办学项目指的是：引进国外大学的本科学士学位课程、教学计划及教学模式，结合中国大学的学科优势，制订双方共同认可的课程设置与教学计划，探索既有中国特色又融合国外教育特点的国际化人才培养模式。合作办学项目同样也适用于硕士研究生和博士阶段的合作办学。其目的是促进中外大学强强联手，实现学科优势互补，教学软硬件条件兼备，体现教育国际化和人才培养全球化。
The Sino-foreign cooperative educational project refers to the introduction of undergraduate bachelor's degree programs, curriculum, and teaching models from foreign universities. Leveraging the disciplinary strengths of Chinese universities, both parties collaborate to formulate mutually recognized curriculum and teaching plans. The goal is to explore an international talent development model that not only reflects Chinese characteristics but also integrates the distinctive features of foreign education. Cooperative educational projects are also applicable to collaboration at the master's and doctoral levels. The purpose is to facilitate strong collaboration between Chinese and foreign universities, achieve complementary disciplinary strengths, ensure comprehensive teaching resources, and embody both educational internationalization and globalized talent development.
合作模式：以本科阶段合作办学为例——
学制：一共四年，通常以4+0的合作方式，学习地点为中国大学的校区。
入学学生需分别在中国大学和外国大学完成注册，完成全部学习计划后，由中国大学颁发普通高等教育本科毕业证书和学士学位证书，外国大学颁发学士学位证书。
核心专业课程由外国大学的师资来中国合作大学讲授，学生可以选择在第四年前往外国大学进行学习。
学生毕业可继续赴外国合作大学攻读硕士学位。
Collaborative Model: Using undergraduate cooperative education as an example—
Duration: A total of four years, typically following a 4+0 collaboration model, with the learning taking place at the Chinese university's campus.
Upon admission, students are required to register separately at both the Chinese university and the foreign university. After completing the entire curriculum, the Chinese university awards a Bachelor's degree and a general higher education undergraduate diploma, while the foreign university confers the Bachelor's degree.
Core major courses are taught by faculty from the foreign university at the Chinese collaborating university. Students have the option to choose to study at the foreign university in the fourth year.
Upon graduation, students have the option to pursue a Master's degree at the foreign collaborating university.
